Ending your Ride

Once you have parked the bike correctly and locked it as per the instructions, press the "end trip" button in the app.

The app will prompt you to take an in-app picture to ensure you are not liable after ending your ride. Ensure you take a clear picture showing your parking and locked E-bike correctly.

Then press submit, this will end your ride and generate your receipt as well.

Ps: The customer MUST be beside the bike during the whole process with the app opened because it uses the GPS location and internet of the phone.

In case of the lock or the App does not open, please close your App, and wait for 15 seconds. Reopen the app and try the whole process again, before contacting us. Sometimes, it is only an updating problem.

Please ensure you don't walk away until the trip has ended in the app because once you move away from the bike, the app will not let you end the trip from another geolocation. You must be with the bike to end a trip. You could end up getting charged more if you leave the trip active for longer.
