In case of the lock or the App does not open, please close your App, and wait for 15 seconds. Reopen the app and try the whole process again, before contacting us. Sometimes, it is only an updating problem.

If you are facing a problem during non working hours, no need to panic at all. Please ensure the bike is locked safely, take a picture to ensure you have parked correctly, and just shoot us an email. We will get back to you as soon as we get back in the office and makes sure that your problem is resolved and you don't get overcharged.
