Pedal MOBY Bike: you need to check if the blue light in the lock is ON. If the light is red, it means the lock is offline and it won't work. If the light is OFF, you need to move the bike until you hear a beeping noise and you see the blue light.
After making sure the blue light is ON, please follow the instructions below:
- The lock is not closing: when the lock is not closing, please click on Unlock Bike in the App, and after you hear a noise in the lock try to lock it again. Sometimes, the lock is stuck inside and when you send the command to unlock it, it works again.
- The lock is not opening: when the lock is not opening, please click on Unlock bike in the App, and when you hear a noise in the lock, pull it. Sometimes, the lock is stuck inside and when you send the command to unlock it, it works again.
- The lock is closed but the App is saying it is open: you receive a msg from the App saying "The lock is not closed", please click on Unlock Bike in the App, and after you hear a noise in the lock try to lock it again. Sometimes, the lock is stuck inside and when you send the command to unlock it, it works again. Close it again and try to end your trip in the App. Or check if the blue light is on (in the lock), force the lock in, and try to finish your ride again.
In case the app does not work, please close your app, and wait for 15 seconds. Reopen the app and try the whole process again.
E-bike: After renting your bike, the code of the combination lock, appears as the name of the bike in the app.
Make sure you place the right number in the right position. If the rear wheel lock won’t open, please close and reopen the app, and try to unlock the lock again. If you are sure the lock code is not the right one, please end your ride in the app and try another bike.
