The app tells me the bike is offline, what should I do?

If the bike says it is offline, please move/shack it to awaken the bike. Sometimes, the bike is in rest mode in order to save battery. 

If you shack it but it does not come with a noise or lights on, it might be in an error state. It means that the bike has been recognized to have an issue that needs to be fixed so it can't be rented.

Please try with another bike. If you face further issues, please contact support.
