If you are facing a problem during non working hours, no need to panic at all. Please ensure the bike is locked safely, take a picture to ensure you have parked correctly and just shoot us an email. We will get back to you as soon as we get back in the office.

Will you be extending you service to Santry? There is plenty of business to be done out there. Plenty of locking stations also.
I'm having an issue with your app, which does not point me to the right location on the GPS, hence not allowing me to park in a nearby station. I thought the bike had a GPS that would recognize where it's and would allow me to end my ride. The ride is still on-going and I won't pay the amount of the ride that I used. Also, your support is non-existent, since I tried to call more than 3 times with no success, even leaving two voice mails and sending a chat in the website. Really hope that this can be solved ASAP.
