When you are done with the ride, you must park and lock the bicycle at a public bike parking stand. For pedal bikes, just use the cable and thread it through the digital lock to the stand and for e-bikes, simply lock using the combination lock.
For Moby E-bikes, you have to lock using the combination lock around a public sheffield stand, and then ending the rent will engage the electronic lock as well. The code for the combination lock is in the name of the bike you rented, labeled such as Lock Code 123456.
You have to make sure that the bike is parked correctly and that it is not obstructing the paths of pedestrians or other vehicles.
When the bike is parked correctly, you have to press the "END RENT" button in the app.
You will be asked to do a photo verification of the parked bike.
After you snap a photo, you submit it and the ride will end automatically followed by a beep sound from the bike. You will receive a pop-up confirmation that the bike was successfully returned.
In case the app does not work, please close your app, and wait for 15 seconds. Reopen the app and try the whole process again.
The customer MUST be next to the bike during the entire process. Before stepping away from the bike, make sure that you have received the End confirmation message and that you do not have any rentals running.
