Registering

To register an account, first download the MOBY MOVE app from your Google Play Store or App Store to your smartphone.

Follow the onboarding steps in the app to create your account. Make sure you fill in all fields with correct information. It is important to use correct information, so we can verify you as a legitimate user, send you receipts and contact you if you have any problems. 

To use the Eastpoint Business Park E-Scooters Scheme, you must have an email address issued with the domain from Eastpoint. e.g. [e-mail]

When you finish the registration process, you must choose a ride plan, please select the Eastpoint Business Park Scooters which will allow you to use the scooters free of charge for limited period of time according to the rules set by the business park.

Fill in your card details and follow the steps to verify the card with 3d secure authentication to finalise the ride plan. This step is essential in case of misuse or violations.
