Registering

To register an account, first download the app the MOBY MOVE app from your Google Play Store or App Store to your smartphone.

Follow the onboarding steps in the app to create your account. Please do not use 0 in front of your phone number (e.g. 8666666666). Make sure you fill in all fields with the correct information. It is important to use correct information, so we can verify you as a legitimate user, send you receipts, and contact you if you have any problems.

Since Eastpoint Business Park E-Bikes are only for employees based inside the park, it is crucial that you use your company domain email while registering. e.g. [e-mail]

When you finish the registration process, you must choose a ride plan - choose the eastpoint e-bikes business plan to use this private scheme.

Fill in your card details and follow the steps to verify the card with 3d secure authentication to finalise the ride plan.
