Unlocking a bicycle

When you have successfully guided yourself to the closest bicycle, you can easily unlock it, by tapping the "scan QR code button" and unlocking the combination lock.

A camera mode will open, and you should point your phone to the QR code on the handlebars or on the rear mudguard on the bicycle. 

When you scan the code, you will hear the unlocking sound after a few seconds. Sometimes the spokes of the back wheel are touching the lock, or the last customer did not close it tight enough. So you need to move and shake the bike a little bit. If the lock still doesn't open, you need to press Unlock and scan the QR Code again, so the bike will open.

In case of the lock does not open, please close your App, and wait for 15 seconds. Reopen the app and try the whole process again.  

Congratulations! The bike is now rented and you can start cycling, for Moby e-bikes you also have to unlock the combination lock (the code is in the name of the bike)...

P.S. Before you start please make sure that the bike is in good condition. You'll have three minutes free of charge to return the rental in case there is something not to your liking.
