take the following troubleshooting steps before contacting the Support team. Close your App and
wait 15 seconds. Re-open the app and try again.

If you are facing a problem during non-working hours, no need to panic at all. Please ensure the bike is locked safely into the dock, take a picture to ensure you have parked correctly, and just shoot us an email. We will get back to you as soon as we get back in the office.
